Sorry? - 30 Amp Fuse - Sorry? (Vinyl)
Played on countless hit recordings, the mid-'60s Deluxe Sorry? - 30 Amp Fuse - Sorry? (Vinyl) is a timeless Fender classic and one of the most Sorry? - 30 Amp Fuse - Sorry? (Vinyl) workhorse guitar Sorry? - 30 Amp Fuse - Sorry? (Vinyl) ever made. Moderately powered and producing a full, snappy and crystalline tone, the pedal-friendly '64 Custom Deluxe Reverb carries on that legacy with incredible vintage-style tones, thanks to its modified all-tube hand-wired AB Sorry?
- 30 Amp Fuse - Sorry? (Vinyl). Featuring Bright and Normal channels, tube-driven spring reverb and tremolo on both channels, and 20 watts of output power, this is the go-to amp for warm, clean tones and moderate breakup. This amplifier's circuitry is all hand-wired by an actual person at a workbench, just like the legendary Fender guitar amps of the s and '60s that defined the essence of pure tone and power.
In a slight departure from the design of the original model, this amp offers luscious spring reverb and rich, pulsating tube-biased tremolo effects on both channels. It's capable of creating incredible ambient sounds ranging from subtle to stupendous with the distinctly pure tone only a Fender amp can offer.
Hearkening back to classic Fender amp design of the '50s and '60s, this amp's lightweight solid pine construction makes for a more resonant and "musical" cabinet. When combined with the Jensen C12Q speaker, this amp sings with the same vintage chime and sparkle that made the originals so revered. Knowing K which does has strong enough deep bass, I think can do better than that. However I suspect, it is due to the weak amp there small lehmann, not the black club linearit isn't able to deliver the deep bass.
I am sure Tyll will have measurement soon. Plus he has lots of good amps which should be able to tell how things stands. Joined Jul 15, Posts 2, Likes 1, Not from what I heard, sorry. And amp does make a difference. Still given the amount of mid-bass there, it seems relatively easy headphone to drive compare to say HD or T1. Given the set up there which I don't think is good enough I will not be able to tell you what is the max sound quality this headphone is capable of producing.
Until people start trying it with different amps then we will know what is optimal it will still only be personal opinion of course. The small lehmann not the black cube linear but a lower grade unit I used was also running XLR.
