It charted within the top 10 for seven non-consecutive weeks and in the top 75 for 21 weeks. This began a streak of chart toppers for Kylie as every song she has released following "All the Lovers" has reached number one on the chart, to date.

The music video for "All the Lovers" was directed by Joseph Kahn, who is known for having previously collaborated with American recording artist Britney Spears on the videos for her singles "Toxic" and "Womanizer".

Aiming to pay "homage" to her large gay audience, Kylie wanted the video to express "what I'm about and what I love" and thus it was made to depict scenes of same-sex kissing. Arts and culture magazine BlackBook reported that the video, which portrays a large group of underwear-clad men and women, is a re-imagination of the installations of Spencer Tunick, an American photographer known for organising large-scale nude shoots.

Kylie credited Kahn for the idea behind the video, saying "He came up with a brilliant, simple idea and executed it so sensitively, I thought. It's Give Me Just A Little More Time - Kylie Minogue - Kylie Minogue: Greatest Hits (File) cutting edge, it still gets you a little hot under the collar, but I think there's a real sensitivity. When Kahn submitted his cut of the video to Parlophone, a person working for the label refused to release it and wanted a new one to be shot.

However, at Kylie's interference the video was finally commissioned and released. A preview of the video was released on 25 May while the full version was premiered five days later. It was made available to download at the iTunes Store on 11 June InKahn talked about working with Kylie and called her the "dream artist to work with" and a "joy to photograph," praising her ability to "understand" directors.

He further commented that: "[The music video of "All the Lovers"] is one of my favourite videos I did last year, and one of my favourites ever really. The message Kylie wanted to say with this video is important, and I am lucky to have worked with her on it. The video begins with close-up shots of several items, including a soft-drink glass, a bottle of milk, marshmallows, and pages from a briefcase, falling on to the ground.

A QR code, which was said to produce the word "LOVE" when scanned, can be seen printed on the glass and bottle, and on the ground during the scene of the marshmallows falling. In their analysis of the video, Popjustice commented that the falling objects convey an environment of excitement, saying: "the general idea here is that something exciting is happening and someone is so excited by the exciting thing that they have dropped their drink.

Kylie then rises up from the inside of a "mountain of writhing bodies" and a flock of doves flies around them. Minogue enlisted several writers and producers such as Richard StannardJulian Gallagherand Ash Howes, all of whom worked with Minogue on her seventh album, Light Years Musically, "In Your Eyes" is a dance-pop song, which features influences of nu-disco and Europop.

According to Popmatters and NMEthe described the song as "another disco-sounding club track that lyrically propels Minogue further into a more sexual sound on the lyrics "I want to make it with you.

Music compared it to Minogue's song " Spinning Around ". Sal Cinquemani from Slant Magazine called the song a "contagious club hit waiting to infect". The song remained on the chart for 17 weeks, three of which were in the top The single became a hit elsewhere in Europe, reaching the top five in the Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, and Poland.

The ARIA certified the song gold for shipments of over 35, units. The video features Minogue in a studio filled with colourful neon lights. There are two sequences; the first features Minogue and a group of dancers in front of a colourful background, the second is simply Minogue spinning before a background of flashing lights.

Throughout the video, the two scenes are intercut and gradually fade. The video featured an extension of the futuristic theme first introduced in the music video for " Can't Get You Out of My Head " the previous year. Minogue and her artistic director William Baker had become interested in the street interpretation of robotic, jerky movements and included this in the video. The costumes also represent this interest and were described by Baker as being a mix of "hip hop chic with sci-fi lunacy".

It was featured in the third Give Me Just A Little More Time - Kylie Minogue - Kylie Minogue: Greatest Hits (File) "Electro". The song was performed on the Aphrodite Tour in where it was performed in Japan only and as a request at a lot of dates; it was included in the rehearsal set list, after " Can't Get You Out of My Head ", but was ultimately discarded from the main show.

Inthe song was reworked and included in Minogue's headlining set for Radio 2 Live in Hyde Parkwhich was later included in Minogue's Golden Tour. This version of the song was combined with the version from KylieX, and was performed on Minogue's Summer tour. More recently, a new club reworking of the song, handled by longtime collaborators Steve Anderson and Richard Stannard, was included as the second song in the Infinite Disco live stream, launched in promotion of Minogue's fifteenth studio album Disco Australian CD1 [2].
